Poor Madi, she is one angry girl these days.It is rare that she will sit nice and still like the last picture. She cannot sit still. She wants to crawl, walk and run so bad. She leaps out of your arms to move about but can't. When she's on the floor she is no longer happy sitting and playing with her toys. She lays on her belly then goes on all fours to the crawling position and then screams like a madwoman because she can't move. She's pretty much only happy if we are helping her stand up. Last night she woke up and was able to sit herself up in her crib all on her own. Once she was sitting up she didn't know what to do with herself so she started yelling. She better crawl soon because she is high maintenance. Are all babies this angry when they can't crawl or walk?

I always thought that this stage was hard. They really aren't happy knowing that sitting is no longer the only option. There's so much for her to see and do! It will probably pass pretty quick and she'll start crawling. Her striped outfit is too cute!
I think it's frustration. She sees stuff far away that she wants and can't get it. Wait until she's trying to tell you something and you don't understand. I think that's when my kids got even more grouchy and had some nice tantrums! Always fun stuff to look forward to:)
