Long Crazy Week

It has been a long and crazy week. I went back to work full time this week. I have to say it stinks!!! The good news is I may get laid off by the end of the year. Not so good for the budget but at least I will not have the threat of traveling. Madison did great all week with my poor Mom. Luckily next week Madi will go to daycare for 3 days to give Nana a rest. There is no resting with Madison. She is wiry these days. She wants to constantly go. It is such a struggle to just change her diaper. As you can see from the picture above. Scarily if you take the balmex from her she screams. She crawls backwards and will go forward if she really wants something. She tries to pull herself up onto anything and everything. She is quite a character these days.
It saddens me to report that Nancy lost her battle with Cancer and passed on Wednesday. She fought hard. I am happy she is in a better place and no longer suffering. Cancer is cruel. Her influence helped me to become the person I am today. I love her very much and will miss her greatly. I need to balance out with some happiness. There is another Feener on the way and should arrive some time in April. Congratulations to Doug and Kerrie. We are very happy for you. Madi can't wait to meet her cousin.
